REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Route99 & Co. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. RETURN WINDOW
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7-day after receiving your item to request a return. If 7-day have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

It must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

It must have all original tags, labels, and packaging attached.

You will also need the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants).

Custom products (such as special orders, personalized items, or custom apparel).

Personal care goods (such as beauty products, cosmetics, or swimwear for hygiene reasons).

Sale items or digital gift cards.
3. HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, you can contact us at care.route99co@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. RETURN SHIPPING FEES

Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our mistake (damaged product or wrong item shipped), we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. REFUNDS AND PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, PayPal, etc.) within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
